Shipping Policy
Places Shipped
We deliver by parcel post or Greyhound bus where appropriate.
Shipping Costs
We charge the exact cost, and therefore shipping cost is available after the item has been weighed at the post office. The cost of shipment will vary, dependant on the size of parcel, weight of parcel and
destination(receiver) of parcel. An approximate shipping cost can be given upon user request.
Delivery Time
If product is in stock, your purchase will be shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of
payment. If product is not in stock, we will order it from our suppliers and ship it to you within
2 days of our receiving the product.

Warranty Policy
The warranties of the product manufacturer are upheld.
Returns Policy
15% restocking fee on unused merchandise with receipt.
Return Conditions
The product must be in its original condition and include all original packaging materials. We are
unable to refund damaged or used items, or items without a receipt.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except in instances of an error by Ultimate
Trains Ltd.
Refund
After the returned merchandise has been accepted by us, we will refund the purchase price of
the item returned minus 15% restocking fee. Your original form of payment will be credited. You
may request to have your original payment kept for future purchases.
Credit Period
Return credits typically take approx. 3 weeks to process.
